我们处理什么数据

你主动选择识别并同意上传后，食品照片会通过 HTTPS 发送至配料君服务器，再交由阿里云百炼的视觉模型处理。请勿上传人脸、证件、健康档案或其他私人信息。结果可能包含食品名称、配料、营养及热量估算。

识别记录与上传授权状态保存在设备本地。服务器使用 App 随机生成的安装标识限制调用，将其与当日信息散列后保存调用计数；不会把原始 IP 写入配料君请求日志。接口会记录不含图片或识别内容的错误状态。托管与云服务提供方可能按其各自政策处理必要的安全信息。

处理目的、保存与第三方

照片仅用于你请求的分析。配料君接口不主动将照片保存到磁盘，不记录照片或模型结果日志。每日预算和旧版月度计数随周期更新；累计试用次数与订阅周期用量以散列标识持久保存，用于额度校验，清除本机记录不会重置服务器额度。本地记录保留至清除或卸载。我们不出售数据，不使用广告 SDK，不将照片用于配料君自行训练模型。

阿里云百炼在中国大陆区域处理识别请求，可能涉及跨境传输。第三方处理和保存规则请参阅阿里云百炼隐私说明；百炼会按适用法规及服务协议保存模型调用数据，配料君不能承诺第三方零保留。只有同意此处理后才上传图片。

Android 运行时与诊断

Android App 基于 DCloud uni-app（5+ App）引擎。根据引擎提供方说明，运行时可能处理可用的设备标识（例如 Android ID）、应用启动事件及异常/崩溃诊断，用于应用运行、统计和性能改进；具体受系统权限及版本限制。我们关闭了 uniStatistics 业务统计，未集成广告统计模块，但这不等于基础引擎完全不处理诊断数据。当前 Android 版本不申请读取电话状态、定位或整机相册权限。引擎的处理与保存规则见 DCloud App 引擎隐私政策。启动时会展示原生隐私提示，可选择不同意并退出；图片上传仍需另行同意。

订阅与付款

Google Play 负责订阅付款和付款方式处理。App 在本机保存 Google Play 购买凭证，发送给配料君服务器向 Google 查询订阅有效期并确认购买。服务端不保存原始购买凭证或银行卡资料，试用与订阅额度使用散列标识和散列周期计数。你可以在 Google Play 管理续订；取消续订不会立即终止尚未到期的权益。

你的选择

你可以不使用云端识别，继续浏览本地配料知识。在 App 的“关于与隐私”中撤回上传授权、清除本机识别记录；也可以在系统设置中撤回相机权限。撤回后，下一次识别会重新征求授权。问题或数据权利请求请发送至上述邮箱。

适用范围与提示

本服务面向成年人，不针对儿童设计。AI 可能漏读或误读标签，热量为估算；信息和评分不构成医学建议或食品安全认证。请核对包装原文，过敏或疾病相关饮食决策应咨询合格专业人士。本政策有重要变更时，将在应用中提示。

Google Play processes subscription payments. The app stores a purchase token locally and sends it to our server for verification and acknowledgement with Google. The server does not retain raw purchase tokens or bank card details; it uses hashed purchase identifiers and hashed paid-cycle identifiers for quota accounting. Manage renewal in Google Play. Cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends.

Android runtime

The Android app uses the DCloud uni-app (5+ App) engine. According to its provider, the engine may process available device identifiers (such as Android ID), app-start events and error/crash diagnostics for operation, statistics and performance improvement, subject to OS permissions and SDK versions. We disable uniStatistics business analytics and do not integrate advertising analytics, but this does not mean that the underlying engine processes no diagnostic data. This Android version does not request phone-state, location or broad photo-library permissions. See the DCloud App engine privacy policy for its processing and retention rules. A native privacy notice appears at startup; you may decline and exit. Photo uploads require separate consent.

With your consent, selected food photos are sent over HTTPS to our server and Alibaba Cloud Bailian in mainland China for AI analysis, which may involve an international transfer. Do not upload personal or sensitive photos. Our gateway does not intentionally save photos to disk or log image or analysis content. Alibaba Cloud processes data under its own privacy policy; we do not promise zero retention by that provider.

Scan history and consent are stored locally. Our server stores hashed random installation identifiers and daily budget counts, lifetime trial counts and billing-period usage to prevent abuse. Clearing local records does not reset server allowances. Error logs exclude photo contents. Hosting providers may process security information under their policies. We do not sell your data or use advertising SDKs.

You may withdraw upload consent and clear local records in About & Privacy. You may use the offline ingredient library without uploading photos. Contact us for privacy requests or to report incorrect AI output. The app is intended for adults. AI results can be wrong, are informational only, and are not medical advice or food-safety certification.
